# Alta Via Co.

**Email design, welcome** · Dolomites

A welcome email for a guided walking company: the Alta Via 1 in seven days as one elevation profile, a hut for every night, and what to pack.

## The brief

Welcome new subscribers and give them the one walk to start with.

## What we designed

The headline stands over Lago di Braies, where the route starts. The seven days are drawn as an elevation profile, from 1,496 m to the high night at Lagazuoi, and set out as a table of huts, distances and climbs.

A photo of a hut, a packing list in two columns with red ticks, and a reply from the head guide close it.

## How it is built

- The hut altitudes are in the table as text, under the drawn profile
- 600 px wide, built in tables with inline styles
- The brand's fonts, with web safe fallbacks for clients that block them
- Images at twice their size for sharp screens, alt text on every one
- Preheader, preferences and unsubscribe in place

Typefaces: Saira Condensed, Source Sans 3. Palette: Alpine #CFE2EF, Slate #2A2F35, Red #D62D2D, Snow #ECE8DF.
