A hub only works when people can read it: users needed to see quickly what is happening, without digging through messy screens. Complex crypto data had to feel simple, clear and actionable. The brief was a modern dashboard, in light and dark mode, that makes the key metrics easy to scan and understand. ## What we built We designed the Decrypting dashboard as the main hub of the platform, in light and dark mode, with the key metrics easy to scan and understand, so a user sees what is happening without digging. We also overhauled Decrypting's email flows end to end, with smarter onboarding, re-engagement and upsell. That overhaul is where the number on this page comes from. ## The result After the full-flow overhaul, email revenue rose 52%. It is an email figure, not a dashboard one: smarter onboarding, re-engagement and upsell were all part of the new flows. We are not quoting usage figures for the dashboard itself. Those are Decrypting's numbers to share. ## What this means for a business like yours If your product has a dashboard that members open and close without doing anything, the fix is partly design and partly what happens outside the product. We handle both: the interface under Automation & AI and Strategy & Consulting, and the lifecycle flows under Marketing. The first step is a free 15-minute call about what your members do in their first week, and what you would like them to do. ## Numbers - **+52%** Email revenue ## Where this fits - [Marketing](https://proofofpixel.agency/services/marketing): the service behind this work - [Automation & AI](https://proofofpixel.agency/services/automation): the service behind this work - [Strategy & Consulting](https://proofofpixel.agency/services/strategy): the service behind this work - Email flows: [Decrypting Email Flows: flows, sequences and CRM](https://proofofpixel.agency/work/decrypting) - Ads: [Decrypting Meta Ads: 800+ signups](https://proofofpixel.agency/work/meta-ads) - Next project: [Annandale Dental Care case study](https://proofofpixel.agency/work/annandale-dental) - [Free audit of your site](https://proofofpixel.agency/free-audit) - [All work](https://proofofpixel.agency/work) Proof of Pixel: marketing and consulting agency.
