It was growing, but the customer journey after signup was not structured. New members signed up without being guided, follow-ups were not consistent, and key actions, the ones that separate an active member from a dormant account, were not tracked cleanly. The brief was the system after the click: guide every new signup, make the follow-up consistent, and connect it all to the CRM, so signups turn into active users. ## What we built We built Decrypting's after-the-click system in three parts: automated email flows, segmented sequences and CRM integration. It starts with a welcome flow for every new signup, and onboarding sequences walk a member through the platform step by step. The sequences are segmented, so each member gets the message that fits where they are instead of the same email as everyone else. CRM automation ties the flows to the CRM, so the follow-up runs automatically and consistently. ## The result A complete lifecycle setup: automated flows, segmented sequences and CRM integration. New leads get the right message at the right time. Ryan, co-founder of Decrypting, says the welcome flow made a real difference: people show up asking about the emails. ## What this means for a business like yours If people sign up and then go quiet, the follow-up is the place to start. Our Marketing and Automation & AI work builds the flows, the segmentation and the CRM link, on Brevo, Klaviyo or the tool you already use. The work is in the logic, the segments and the copy. The first step is a free 15-minute call about what happens today between signup and the first real action. > The welcome flow made such a difference. People actually show up asking about the emails. > > Co-Founder at Decrypting.xyz ## Where this fits - [Marketing](https://proofofpixel.agency/services/marketing): the service behind this work - [Automation & AI](https://proofofpixel.agency/services/automation): the service behind this work - Dashboard: [Decrypting Dashboard: the platform's main hub](https://proofofpixel.agency/work/dcrypt) - Ads: [Decrypting Meta Ads: 800+ signups](https://proofofpixel.agency/work/meta-ads) - Next project: [Decrypting Meta Ads: Meta Ads Campaigns](https://proofofpixel.agency/work/meta-ads) - [Free audit of your site](https://proofofpixel.agency/free-audit) - [All work](https://proofofpixel.agency/work) Proof of Pixel: marketing and consulting agency.
