## The brief

Heed.Finance is a real-time intelligence platform for globally mobile people and the advisors who serve them. Tax, immigration, banking and company rules shift constantly across dozens of countries, and by the time most people hear about a change it has already cost them.

The platform had to do three things at a pace no manual research process can match: ingest regulatory changes from dozens of countries as they happen, personalise each one to a user's actual situation, and turn dense policy language into a clear signal of what affects them and what does not.

## What we built

We built Heed from the ground up: the brand, the marketing website and the platform behind it.

At the centre is the Change Feed: tax, immigration, banking, crypto and company rule changes from dozens of countries, each with its official source and matched to the user's own situation. Around it sit the tools that turn information into decisions: Tax Rankings, headline rates by income type with state and regional detail; a Scenario Planner to compare options before deciding; a Position Optimiser; a Residency Tracker with day counts per country; Visa Match and Structure Match, which match visa and residency programmes and company structures to the user's profile; and Ask Heed, an AI brief scoped to the user's profile. Regulatory Radar follows proposals before they become law, and a Relocation Brief exports as a PDF.

Advisors get a workspace for their clients, and an MCP server lets AI tools read a member's position. Watchlists and personalised alerts sit on top, and Heed Weekly is the weekly newsletter. The interface puts the figures first, for globally mobile people and the advisors who serve them.

Like every project we ship, this one is AI SEO optimized: built to be found in Google and in the answers of AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude.

## The result

Live at heed.finance in private beta: the website, the two free Roasts and the app for beta members. New signups join a waitlist until launch. The app holds the Change Feed, the Tax Rankings, the Scenario Planner and the matching tools that compare where to live or set up a company, with the sources beside each figure.

The Change Feed holds more than 580 enacted rule changes, each with its official source, and 120 verified changes were added in the last 30 days. Visa Match covers more than 640 visa and residency programmes, and Structure Match more than 240 company structures.
