## The brief

Life Experts is a Belgian insurance broker, regulated by the FSMA. Its advisers help the self-employed, small businesses, larger employers and other brokers with pensions, protection, savings and employee benefits. The old website held years of articles, product pages and documents that clients and search engines already knew.

The brief carried a hard constraint. The team wanted a new site in Dutch, English and French that they could keep up to date themselves, without losing anything the old site had built up, in content or in search.

## What we built

We designed and built the site from scratch in three languages. The old texts and figures were carried over and checked sentence by sentence against an archive of the original site. Every one of the old addresses was kept or redirected.

The team runs the site themselves in their own content studio: articles, team members, photos and new products, without a developer. An AI translation engine turns every new article into English and French each week and keeps every figure exactly as it is in the Dutch. Search works in all three languages.

The site is built to be read by AI engines as well as by Google: an llms.txt, a robots.txt that lets ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI crawlers in, and structured data for the business, every product and every article. Quote requests, claims and questions arrive in Brevo, the team's CRM, on separate lists, without ever overwriting a client's details. Newsletter signup runs with double opt-in. Cookie consent and SEO are in place, and the domain and hosting sit in the client's own name.

Like every project we ship, this one is AI SEO optimized: built to be found in Google and in the answers of AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude.

## The result

Live on lifeexperts.be since 26 September 2026, in three languages: 21 products, 362 pages, and all 147 addresses of the old site still ending on a live page, so nothing the old site had built up in search leads to a dead end.

The team publishes without a developer. New articles appear in three languages without a translator. Every enquiry reaches both the inbox and the CRM. For a regulated broker one more result matters: the figures on the site are the figures of the Dutch original, in every language.

## What this means for a business like yours

If you work in a regulated field, run a site in more than one language, or sit on years of content you cannot afford to lose, a rebuild is as much a migration as a design job. This is our Ecommerce & Websites work with the migration included: the design and the build, the content moved and checked, every URL kept, and a studio your team can run. The first step is a free 15-minute call about what your current site holds and who needs to edit it.
