# Parfumerie Bérard

**Email design, back in stock** · Grasse

A back in stock email for a perfume house in Grasse: No. 7 from this summer's lavender, its notes over a day, and the hour subscribers get first.

## The brief

Tell the waiting list a sold out edition is back, and give them the first day.

## What we designed

A lavender field on the Valensole plateau opens the email, with the edition number in a violet seal and the name set in spaced capitals.

The notes are told over time: the first ten minutes, the first few hours, on your scarf the next day. The size, the 300 numbered bottles and the price follow as one typeset line, then the two release times and one button.

## How it is built

- The notes and both release times are live text, nothing depends on a picture
- 600 px wide, built in tables with inline styles
- The brand's fonts, with web safe fallbacks for clients that block them
- Images at twice their size for sharp screens, alt text on every one
- Preheader, preferences and unsubscribe in place

Typefaces: Tenor Sans, Mulish. Palette: Lavender #D8CBEF, Violet #33254F, Iris #9C8CC4, Leaf #B9C9A4.
