# Studio Ravn

**Email design, shipping** · Copenhagen

A shipping email for a stoneware studio: the seven steps from the wheel to the parcel, the order, and how to treat the pieces in the first month.

## The brief

Turn the plainest email in the order flow, the shipping notice, into one people keep.

## What we designed

The headline sits beside an arched photo of the wheel, and a line under it marks the seven stages each piece went through, each with its date.

The order follows as a plain receipt in kroner, then a photo of the bowl, three numbered rules for the first month, the tracking button and two short notes: the studio is open on Saturdays, and chips are repaired for free.

## How it is built

- The seven stages are a table of live text with the dates under each step
- 600 px wide, built in tables with inline styles
- The brand's fonts, with web safe fallbacks for clients that block them
- Images at twice their size for sharp screens, alt text on every one
- Preheader, preferences and unsubscribe in place

Typefaces: Familjen Grotesk, Instrument Sans. Palette: Sage #B9CCC3, Clay #4A2E22, Fjord #2F5866, Bisque #E6DCCD.
