OVERVIEW
We built Decrypting’s “after-the-click” system: email flows, onboarding sequences, and CRM automation. The goal was simple, turn signups into active users, and keep engagement consistent with clear follow-ups and clean tracking.
CHALLENGE
Decrypting was growing, but the customer journey wasn’t structured. New signups didn’t get guided, follow-ups weren’t consistent, and key actions weren’t tracked cleanly. Without a tight CRM setup, it was hard to segment users, trigger the right messages, and see what actually drove conversions.
RESULT
A complete lifecycle setup: automated flows + segmented sequences + CRM integration. New leads now get the right messages at the right time, behavior is tracked, and follow-up runs automatically.
