Overview

We built Decrypting's 'after-the-click' system: email flows, onboarding sequences, and CRM automation to turn signups into active users.

The challenge

Decrypting was growing, but the customer journey wasn't structured. New signups didn't get guided, follow-ups weren't consistent, and key actions weren't tracked cleanly.

What changed

A complete lifecycle setup: automated flows + segmented sequences + CRM integration. New leads now get the right messages at the right time.

The welcome flow made such a difference. People actually show up asking about the emails.
