We refreshed weRate’s website and built the follow-up email system that turns new signups into active users. Clear pages, correct tracking, and automated flows that guide people from “curious” to “using the app.”

CHALLENGE

Traffic and signups were coming in, but the path after the click wasn’t tight enough: messaging wasn’t always clear, key actions weren’t tracked cleanly, and there wasn’t a strong follow-up system to activate users and bring them back to the app.

RESULT

A cleaner site experience + a full set of lifecycle flows (welcome, activation, reminders, re-engagement). Tracking was tightened so performance is measurable, and users now get the right message at the right time, leading to more check-ins, more repeat sessions, and less drop-off after signup.
