Proof of Pixel is an AI-native ecommerce and marketing agency. Two founders and a small senior team of developers, SEO specialists and strategists build Shopify stores, conversion websites, automation and the commercial strategy behind them. Founded in 2016, working from Dubai, London, Antwerp and Malaysia.

How we got here

Founder-led, with specialists behind it

POP is run by its two founders. Not a sales team that hands you to someone junior after the contract is signed. The people who scope your project are the people accountable for it going live.
Behind them is a small senior team: developers who build the thing, SEO specialists who make it findable, and business development strategists who make sure it sells. Everyone is senior enough to own their part of the work and speak to you directly about it.
We stay deliberately small. The alternative is what most agencies become, a layer of account managers between you and whoever is actually doing the work. Here, the person building your checkout is the person who explains it.
We also go where most agencies will not. Web3 and crypto products are usually either misunderstood by their agency or turned away outright. One of us has consulted in Web3 since 2021, on brand, product, launch and community. Complex products are the interesting ones.
We started in 2016 building websites. The work kept running into the same wall, which is that a good site does nothing on its own if the tracking is broken, nobody follows up on enquiries, and the offer is unclear. So we build the whole chain now, and we say no to work where we can only touch one link of it.

We build it, we do not just advise · Strategy that ends in a slide deck is easy to sell and hard to use. We ship the thing, then stay on the number it was supposed to move.
You own everything · Code, accounts, data, domains. All of it in your name from day one. Leaving us should cost you nothing but the notice period.
One price, agreed upfront · Scope and price fixed after the intake call. No hourly creep, no invoice that arrives larger than the quote.
We say no · If we are not the right fit, or the budget cannot carry the outcome you want, we will tell you before you spend it rather than after.

What does Proof of Pixel do? · We build Shopify stores and conversion websites, and the SEO, marketing, automation and commercial strategy that make them produce revenue. Most of our work is ecommerce, with service businesses making up the rest.
Where are you based? · Our head office is in Dubai. We also work from London, Antwerp and Malaysia, and take on clients across Europe, the GCC and the United States.
How big is the team? · Small and senior on purpose. The two founders run the work themselves, with developers, SEO specialists and business development strategists around them. You are never handed off to someone who was not in the first conversation.
Who do you usually work with? · Ecommerce brands that need a store built to sell, and established service businesses whose site gets traffic but few enquiries. Company size matters less to us than whether the outcome is measurable.
How do projects start? · With an intake call. We look at what you have, what it is producing, and where the gap is. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price before anything is committed.
Do you work with Web3 and crypto companies? · Yes, since 2021. We have worked with Web3 companies across brand, product, growth and community, and we have built an on-chain product dashboard and the automation behind it. Five years in the category rather than a first project.
