OVERVIEW
We built and optimized a Shopify store and set up the follow-up system behind it: abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase flows, winbacks, segmentation, and tracking. The goal was simple: turn traffic into customers and customers into repeat buyers.
CHALLENGE
The store had demand, but too much revenue was leaking after the click: abandoned carts, one-time buyers, and little structure to bring people back. On top of that, reporting wasn’t clean enough to clearly see what was driving sales and recovered revenue.
RESULT
With the new store + automated follow-ups in place, revenue recovery became consistent without needing more ad spend. Based on the client’s lifetime reporting:
