A winback email for a sea sauna: the sea and the cabin side by side, 11 against 88 degrees.

The brief

Bring back regulars who have not booked for six weeks, in the month the sea is at its coldest.

What we designed

The email opens on the two numbers that sell the place: the sea at 11 degrees and the cabin at 88, as two blocks of colour.

Below them come the round the guest took last time, a free round already on their account, and the week's sessions. The button is split in two, the label and the cabin's temperature.

How it is built

• The temperature blocks are table cells, not an image, so they show with images off
• 600 px wide, built in tables with inline styles
• A phone layout that stacks below 600 px
• The brand's fonts, with web safe fallbacks for clients that block them
• Images at twice their size for sharp screens, alt text on every one
• Preheader, preferences and unsubscribe in place
