160 questions about working with Proof of Pixel, answered in plain words. Every question has its own link.

About Proof of Pixel

Who we are, where we work and who we work for.

What does Proof of Pixel do?

We build the website, the tracking and the follow-up for service businesses as one system, so more of the people who find you end up as customers. After launch we keep running it: the monthly work on search, pages and email that keeps the numbers moving.

Who do you work with?

Businesses that live on enquiries and orders: dental and medical practices, clinics, estate agents, construction firms, law and accounting firms, agencies, studios, home services, hospitality and online shops. The team works from Dubai, New York, London, Antwerp and Malaysia, with clients across Europe, the Gulf, the United States and Asia Pacific. Company size matters less to us than whether the result can be measured.

Do you only build websites?

No. The website is one of three pieces. Without tracking you cannot see which page brought the client, and without follow-up enquiries go cold over a weekend. We build and run all three, and we will say so if one of them is not your problem.

Where are you based?

Head office in Dubai, with the team also working from New York, London, Antwerp and Malaysia. Clients across Europe, the Gulf, the United States and Asia Pacific.

When was Proof of Pixel founded?

In 2016. It is run by its two founders, with a small senior team of developers, SEO specialists and strategists.

About us

Who will we work with?

The founders and a small senior team of developers, SEO specialists and strategists. No hand-offs to juniors.

Working with us

How a project starts, what it costs to find out, and what happens after.

How does a project start?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for the Diagnostic is credited against a build started within 30 days. Nothing is committed before you have seen the plan.

Do I own everything?

Yes. Code, accounts, data and domains are in your name from day one. Leaving should cost you nothing but the notice period.

What is the Diagnostic?

Five working days inside your site, tracking and follow-up, with real access. Written findings, a scoped plan, a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Who is the Diagnostic for?

Businesses with all four of these: over 100K in yearly revenue; already spending on ads or email; you own the decision, or they join the call; access to site, tools and analytics within a week. If that is not you yet, the Quick Sync is open to anyone.

Book the Diagnostic Call

How do I talk to you?

Two ways. The Quick Sync is a 15-minute video call, open to anyone, for a question about your site, tracking or follow-up. The Diagnostic Call is 30 minutes for businesses that meet the Diagnostic's four conditions, and it leads to the Diagnostic. Or email [email protected].

Book a Quick Sync

What does it cost?

Every project starts with the Diagnostic, a fixed fee quoted on the call. Half of it is credited against a build started within 30 days, and the build gets one fixed quote before anything starts.

How fast is it live?

A typical build goes live two to four weeks after the Diagnostic, depending on scope and how quickly access and approvals arrive.

What happens after the build?

The monthly work on search, pages and email that keeps the numbers moving.

What if we are not a fit?

Then the call tells you, and you leave with a clearer picture of what to fix yourself. We would rather say no than guess.

Services

What each service covers, who it is for, and the questions buyers ask about it.

What is a conversion-first ecommerce build?

A conversion-first website is designed around one commercial outcome rather than around visual style. Every page has a clear next step, a fast load, structured SEO markup and analytics wired in from day one, so traffic from search or paid ads becomes measurable enquiries, bookings or sales.

Ecommerce & Websites

Who is Ecommerce and Websites for?

Ecommerce brands on Shopify that need a store built to sell, not just to launch. Service businesses whose current site gets traffic but very few enquiries. Companies replacing a slow, dated or template WordPress site. Teams that want to edit their own content without breaking the design.

Ecommerce & Websites

Which tools do you use for ecommerce and websites?

Shopify, React, Next.js, Vite, Sanity CMS, Webflow, WordPress, Tailwind CSS, Lovable, Supabase, Vercel and Railway.

Ecommerce & Websites

How long does a website build take?

Most builds launch within two to six weeks depending on page count and integrations. The timeline depends heavily on how quickly content and feedback come back from your side, so we agree review windows up front.

Ecommerce & Websites

How much does a website cost?

Every project gets a fixed quote after an intake call rather than an hourly estimate that drifts. Cost is driven by page count, custom functionality and integrations. We flag anything outside the agreed scope before doing the work.

Ecommerce & Websites

Do I own the website and the code?

Yes. All source files and code are delivered to you after full payment. You keep full ownership of your domain, hosting accounts, CMS and content regardless of whether we keep working together afterwards.

Ecommerce & Websites

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes. We set up Sanity or Shopify so your team can update text, images, blog posts and products without touching code. We include a short handover walkthrough at launch.

Ecommerce & Websites

Do you redesign existing websites or only build new ones?

Both. Rebuilds are common, and we protect what already performs. Existing rankings, URLs and traffic are audited before launch, with redirects mapped so a redesign does not cost you search visibility.

Ecommerce & Websites

Will the website be fast on mobile?

Speed is a build requirement, not an add-on. We optimise images, defer non-critical scripts and split code so pages hit good Core Web Vitals on real mobile connections rather than only on a desktop test.

Ecommerce & Websites

What is AI search optimisation?

AI search optimisation is the practice of structuring content so AI systems can extract and cite it. Traditional SEO earns rankings. AI search optimisation earns citations inside answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, which increasingly decide what buyers see before they ever reach a website.

SEO & Content Systems

Who is SEO and Content Systems for?

Businesses getting impressions but not clicks, or clicks but not enquiries. Local and multi-location businesses competing in map and local results. Ecommerce brands with product and category pages that never rank. Companies that are invisible when buyers ask an AI assistant for recommendations.

SEO & Content Systems

Which tools do you use for seo?

Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Schema.org, Google Business Profile, Sanity CMS and Shopify.

SEO & Content Systems

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Content and authority typically take three to six months to compound. Anyone promising first page rankings in thirty days is either targeting terms nobody searches or is not being straight with you.

SEO & Content Systems

What is the difference between SEO and AI search optimisation?

SEO earns a ranking position on a results page. AI search optimisation earns a citation inside a generated answer. They share foundations like clean structure and schema, but AI systems favour self-contained passages, clear definitions and specific data over keyword-optimised prose.

SEO & Content Systems

Do I need to publish blog content to rank?

Not always. Local and ecommerce businesses often gain more from technical fixes, better category pages and local signals. Content matters most when buyers research before purchasing and you need to be present during that research.

SEO & Content Systems

Can you guarantee a number one ranking?

No, and neither can anyone else. Rankings depend on competition, domain authority and algorithm changes outside our control. We commit to the work and report honestly on what it produces.

SEO & Content Systems

Do you work on Shopify and WordPress SEO?

Yes, along with Webflow, Sanity and custom builds. Each platform has its own technical constraints, and part of the audit is identifying which limits are platform-specific and which are fixable.

SEO & Content Systems

How do I get my business mentioned by ChatGPT or Perplexity?

Structure content as clear, self-contained answers, add schema, publish specific data rather than vague claims, and make sure AI crawlers are not blocked in robots.txt. Third-party mentions matter too, since assistants often cite sources other than your own site.

SEO & Content Systems

What is lifecycle email marketing?

Lifecycle email marketing is a set of automated flows triggered by customer behaviour rather than by a calendar. Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and reactivation sequences run continuously in the background, recovering revenue from people who already showed intent but did not complete a purchase.

Marketing & Lead Generation

Who is Marketing and Lead Generation for?

Ecommerce brands losing revenue to abandoned carts and one-time buyers. Businesses spending on ads without knowing which spend converts. Companies with an email list they have never properly used. Teams whose analytics and ad platform numbers never agree with each other.

Marketing & Lead Generation

Which tools do you use for marketing?

Klaviyo, Brevo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta CAPI, Shopify and NinjaPipe.

Marketing & Lead Generation

How much revenue can email flows actually recover?

It depends on traffic volume and average order value. For one Shopify client, lifecycle flows contributed to over €277K in revenue with €201K specifically recovered from abandoned carts. Another saw repeat orders rise 37% after new email and SMS flows went live.

Marketing & Lead Generation

Which is better, Klaviyo or Brevo?

Klaviyo is stronger for ecommerce, with deeper Shopify integration and better product-level segmentation. Brevo is more cost-effective at volume and fits service businesses well. We pick based on your model rather than a preferred vendor.

Marketing & Lead Generation

Why do my ad platform and analytics numbers never match?

They measure differently. Ad platforms use view-through and platform-side attribution windows, analytics uses last-click sessions. Both are partly wrong on their own. Server-side tracking plus a single agreed source of truth is what closes the gap.

Marketing & Lead Generation

Do you manage ad spend as well as build the tracking?

Yes. We handle campaign structure, creative testing and budget management across Meta, Google and TikTok. Media spend is billed separately from management, and unspent budget rolls over to the next campaign month.

Marketing & Lead Generation

How long before lifecycle flows pay for themselves?

Cart recovery and welcome flows usually produce measurable revenue within the first month, because they capture demand that already exists. Nurture and reactivation take longer since they depend on list size and buying cycle.

Marketing & Lead Generation

Do I need a big email list for this to work?

No. Flows are triggered by behaviour, so they work proportionally at any list size. A small engaged list with proper cart recovery usually outperforms a large neglected list receiving occasional broadcasts.

Marketing & Lead Generation

What is business process automation?

Business process automation replaces repetitive manual steps with software that runs them reliably. A lead arrives, gets enriched, scored, routed to the right person and logged in the CRM with a drafted reply waiting, without anyone copying data between tools or remembering to follow up.

Automation & AI Tools

Who is Automation and AI Tools for?

Teams losing hours each week to copy and paste between systems. Businesses where leads go cold because follow-up depends on someone remembering. Companies wanting to use AI practically rather than experimentally. Operations that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not need enterprise software.

Automation & AI Tools

Which tools do you use for automation and ai?

Claude, OpenAI, Make, n8n, Zapier, Supabase, Airtable, Google Apps Script, NinjaPipe, Brevo, Slack and Telegram.

Automation & AI Tools

What business processes are worth automating first?

Anything high frequency, rule-based and currently done by hand. Lead routing, follow-up reminders, data entry between tools and recurring reports pay back fastest. Judgement-heavy work is usually better assisted by AI than fully automated.

Automation & AI Tools

Do I need a big tech team to maintain automations?

No. We build on platforms your team can operate, document how each workflow runs, and hand over access. You are not locked into us to change a step or fix a broken connection.

Automation & AI Tools

Is my business data safe when using AI tools?

We work with named, least-privilege access and do not store your passwords. Which AI providers process your data, and under what terms, is agreed before anything is connected. A data processing agreement is provided as standard where personal data is involved.

Automation & AI Tools

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions from a script or knowledge base. An agent takes actions: it reads context, decides what to do, then updates a CRM, drafts a reply or triggers the next step in a workflow.

Automation & AI Tools

How quickly can an automation go live?

Simple workflows often ship within days. Anything touching multiple systems or requiring custom logic takes longer, mostly because of access, edge cases and testing rather than the build itself.

Automation & AI Tools

What happens when an automation breaks?

Workflows are built with error handling and failure notifications, so you find out from an alert rather than from a customer. Ongoing monitoring and fixes are covered under a maintenance agreement.

Automation & AI Tools

What does commercial strategy cover?

Commercial strategy is the layer between marketing and revenue. It covers how you are positioned against competitors, which partnerships create distribution, how leads are qualified and followed up, and how a pipeline is managed so demand becomes forecastable revenue rather than scattered enquiries.

Strategy & Consulting

Who is Strategy and Consulting for?

Businesses generating leads that never get followed up properly. Companies competing on price because their positioning is unclear. Founders still running sales personally with no repeatable process. Teams wanting partnerships and referrals as a channel, not just paid ads. Founders who want senior input on the big calls without hiring a full-time strategist. Web3, crypto and token teams who want a partner with five years in the category, not a first project.

Strategy & Consulting

Which tools do you use for strategy and consulting?

NinjaPipe, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kitchen.co, Brevo, Google Workspace, Stripe and Notion.

Strategy & Consulting

Can we hire you for advice only, without a build?

Yes. Consulting runs as its own engagement: a monthly strategy session, a written view on the decision in front of you, and access in between when something needs a second opinion. No requirement to have us build anything.

Strategy & Consulting

Do you work with Web3 and crypto companies?

Yes, since 2021. We have consulted for Web3 companies on brand, product, growth and community, covering launch execution, community growth and partnerships as well as the build itself. We work on Solana and other chains, and we are comfortable with the part agencies avoid: making a complex on-chain product legible to people who are not already in crypto.

Strategy & Consulting

How is this different from hiring a salesperson?

A salesperson works the pipeline. This builds the pipeline system: positioning, qualification, follow-up structure and CRM. Done first, it makes a future sales hire far more effective. Done after, most of their early months go into fixing foundations.

Strategy & Consulting

We already get leads. Why do we need this?

Getting leads and converting them are different problems. If enquiries arrive but stall, go unanswered for days or close on discount, the constraint is commercial rather than marketing, and more traffic will not fix it.

Strategy & Consulting

Do you work on retainer or per project?

Both. Positioning and system setup usually work as a defined project. Ongoing pipeline management, partnership development and strategy fit better as a monthly retainer with a three month minimum term.

Strategy & Consulting

What does the partnership work actually involve?

Identifying who already sells to your buyers without competing with you, approaching them with a specific proposition, and structuring the commercial terms. It is relationship work, so it compounds slowly and then holds.

Strategy & Consulting

Can you help with pricing?

Yes. Pricing sits between positioning and margin, and it is one of the fastest levers available. We look at your unit economics, competitive position and buyer perception rather than benchmarking against competitors alone.

Strategy & Consulting

Industries

The businesses we build for, and what the work looks like in each.

Do you work with dental and medical practices?

Yes. Marketing for a dental practice is the system that gets the practice found for the treatments it wants more of, gets the visitor to book, and follows up so the booking is kept: local search and Google Business Profile, a site with a booking path that works on a phone, server-side tracking, and confirmation, reminder and review emails.

Marketing for dentists

How do you handle patient data?

Forms and tracking are set up consent-first. Patient details stay in your practice systems; the ad platforms only receive the event that a booking happened, through the server-side setup, never the medical detail.

Marketing for dentists

Can the site connect to our booking software?

In most cases yes. We link the booking button to the tool you already use, or build a booking request flow that lands in your inbox and calendar when there is no tool yet. We confirm this in the Diagnostic before quoting.

Marketing for dentists

We have several locations. Does that change the work?

It changes the structure. Each location gets its own page and its own Google Business Profile treatment, so the practice shows up for searches in each area rather than for one address only.

Marketing for dentists

How does a project start for dentists?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for dentists

Do you work with estate agents and property firms?

Yes. Marketing for an estate agent is the system that gets the agency found by sellers and buyers in its area, gets a valuation or viewing request from the visit, and follows up until the mandate is signed and the sale completes: local search and Google Business Profile, listing, area and valuation pages built to convert, server-side tracking, and confirmation, viewing reminder, offer chaser and market-update emails.

Marketing for real estate

We list on the portals. Why do we need our own site?

The portals sell the property, not the agent. Sellers choosing who to instruct look up the agency itself, and that visit needs a valuation request, proof and a follow-up behind it.

Marketing for real estate

Can the site show our listings automatically?

Depends on where the listings live. We check the feed or software you use during the Diagnostic and quote the integration only if it can be done reliably.

Marketing for real estate

We cover several areas. Do you build a page per area?

Yes. Area pages are how an agency shows up for searches in each neighbourhood, and each one carries its own valuation call to action and its own numbers.

Marketing for real estate

We already get enquiries. Does this help us sell more?

That is the other half of the system. Viewing confirmations, reminders and offer chasers go out on time, every buyer and seller enquiry is logged and answered inside the hour, and you see which page and channel produced each sale, so next month's budget goes where the sales came from.

Marketing for real estate

How does a project start for real estate?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for real estate

Do you work with construction and renovation firms?

Yes. Marketing for a construction firm is the system that gets the firm found for the jobs it wants, turns the visit into a quote request, and follows up until the quote is accepted: local search and Google Business Profile, project pages that show finished work, a quote request that works on a phone, server-side tracking, and confirmation, reminder and review emails.

Marketing for construction

We have no professional photos of our work.

Phone photos of finished projects work better than stock imagery, and we structure the project pages around them. Where a shoot is worth it we say so, and we can arrange one.

Marketing for construction

Can visitors request a quote on the site?

Yes. A short request flow that asks only what you need to schedule a site visit, lands in your inbox and CRM with its source attached, and triggers the confirmation email.

Marketing for construction

We only work within a certain radius.

Then the site should say so and the search work is aimed at that radius, not at the whole country. Local pages and the Google Business Profile do most of that work.

Marketing for construction

How does a project start for construction?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for construction

Do you work with studios, coaches and wellness businesses?

Yes. Marketing for a studio or a coach is the system that gets the business found for what it teaches, gets a first booking from the visit, and follows up so the first visit becomes a membership: local search, a site with the timetable and the trial offer up front, server-side tracking, and confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails.

Marketing for studios and coaches

We use booking software for classes. Does the site replace it?

No. The site sends people into the booking tool you already use and the follow-up emails wrap around it. If the tool cannot do reminders or follow-ups, we add them beside it.

Marketing for studios and coaches

We already post on Instagram every day.

Good. The site and the emails are where that attention turns into a booking; Instagram on its own leaves the decision to the algorithm.

Marketing for studios and coaches

We sell programs online as well as in person.

Then the site carries both: a booking path for the studio and a checkout for the programs, with one tracking setup behind them so you can see which brought which.

Marketing for studios and coaches

How does a project start for studios and coaches?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for studios and coaches

Do you work with online shops?

Yes. Marketing for an online shop is the system that gets the store found, gets the visit to a checkout, and follows up on every cart and every order: search and product pages built to rank, a store that loads fast on a phone, server-side tracking that Meta and Google can trust, and abandoned-cart, post-purchase and win-back email flows.

Marketing for online shops

Do you only build on Shopify?

Shopify is our default for stores because of what it does out of the box. We also work with existing WooCommerce stores. We do not start new builds on WordPress or Webflow.

Marketing for online shops

Why do the ad platform and the store disagree on sales?

Browsers block cookies, iOS lets people opt out and consent banners stop pixels before they fire. Server-side tracking through Tag Manager sends the conversion from your server, so both sides count the same sale.

Marketing for online shops

Which email flows do you build?

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, review request and win-back, in Klaviyo or Brevo, written once and measured against orders rather than opens.

Marketing for online shops

How does a project start for online shops?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for online shops

Do you work with law and accounting firms?

Yes. Marketing for a law or accounting firm is the system that gets the firm found for the matters it wants more of, turns the visit into a consultation request, and follows up until the engagement letter is signed: local search and Google Business Profile, practice-area pages that answer the question, a request that works on a phone, server-side tracking, and confirmation, reminder and update emails.

Marketing for law and accounting

How do you handle client confidentiality?

Forms and tracking are consent-first and the matter detail never reaches an ad platform. The intake lands in your own inbox and case system; the platforms only receive the event that a consultation was requested.

Marketing for law and accounting

Can you write practice-area content?

Yes, with your review. We draft pages around the questions clients search, you check them for accuracy, and each page carries the author and the firm behind it so search engines and AI answers can attribute it.

Marketing for law and accounting

We are regulated. Does that limit what you can say?

It shapes it. Every page and email is written to the rules your regulator sets for claims and comparisons, and you sign off before anything goes live.

Marketing for law and accounting

How does a project start for law and accounting?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for law and accounting

Do you work with agencies and consultancies?

Yes. Marketing for an agency or consultancy is the system that gets the firm found for the work it wants, turns the visit into a project enquiry, and follows up until the proposal is accepted: search and AI visibility for its specialism, case studies built to be cited, an enquiry flow that qualifies, server-side tracking, and confirmation and follow-up emails.

Marketing for agencies

You are an agency too. Is that a conflict?

No. We build the system behind your own new business, not your client work, and we do not take on two agencies competing for the same specialism in the same city.

Marketing for agencies

Can you build case study pages from what we have?

Yes. Decks, PDFs and screenshots become structured case study pages with the result, the work and the client, in a form search engines and AI answers can lift.

Marketing for agencies

Do you white-label?

Yes, for website and tracking work delivered to your clients under your name. The scope and the credit are agreed in writing before the first project.

Marketing for agencies

How does a project start for agencies?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for agencies

Do you work with physio, aesthetic and medical clinics?

Yes. Marketing for a physio, aesthetic or medical clinic is the system that gets the clinic found for the treatments it wants more of, gets the visitor to book, and follows up so the appointment is kept: local search and Google Business Profile, treatment pages that answer the question, a booking path that works on a phone, server-side tracking, and confirmation, reminder and review emails.

Marketing for clinics

How do you handle patient data for clinics?

Forms and tracking are set up consent-first. Patient details stay in your clinic systems; the ad platforms only receive the event that a booking happened, through the server-side setup, never the medical detail.

Marketing for clinics

Can the site connect to our practice software?

In most cases yes. We link the booking button to the tool you already use, or build a booking request flow that lands in your inbox and calendar when there is no tool yet. We confirm this in the Diagnostic before quoting.

Marketing for clinics

We offer many treatments. Does each one need a page?

The ones you want more of, yes. A page per treatment is how the clinic shows up for that search, and each carries its own booking path and its own numbers.

Marketing for clinics

How does a project start for clinics?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for clinics

Do you work with plumbers, electricians and home services?

Yes. Marketing for a plumbing, electrical or home services company is the system that gets the company found in the areas it covers, turns the visit into a callout request, and follows up until the job is done and reviewed: local search and Google Business Profile, service and area pages, a request that works from a phone in one tap, server-side tracking, and confirmation, on-the-way and review emails.

Marketing for home services

We get most work from lead marketplaces. Why change?

Because the marketplace owns the customer and sells the same lead to your competitors. A site and a Google Business Profile that rank in your areas produce enquiries that are yours alone.

Marketing for home services

We miss calls when we are on a job.

Then the request flow takes the details, confirms by text and email, and logs the job with its source, so nothing waits on a voicemail.

Marketing for home services

Can you cover several towns?

Yes. Area pages are how a company shows up for searches in each town it covers, and each one carries its own request path.

Marketing for home services

How does a project start for home services?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

Marketing for home services

Do you work with restaurants, hotels and venues?

Yes. Marketing for a restaurant, hotel or venue is the system that gets the venue found for the occasions it wants more of, turns the visit into a booking, and follows up so the booking is kept and repeated: local search and Google Business Profile, menu, room and event pages, a booking path that works on a phone, server-side tracking, and confirmation, reminder and return-visit emails.

Marketing for hospitality

We are on the booking platforms. Why our own bookings?

The platforms take a fee per cover and keep the guest data. Direct bookings from your own site and Google listing cost nothing per table, and the guest is yours to invite back.

Marketing for hospitality

Can the site connect to our reservation system?

In most cases yes. We link the booking button to the system you already use and confirm this in the Diagnostic before quoting.

Marketing for hospitality

Can you handle events and private dining enquiries?

Yes. A short enquiry flow that asks for date, size and occasion, lands in your inbox with its source attached, and triggers the confirmation and follow-up emails.

Marketing for hospitality

How does a project start for hospitality?

With a Diagnostic: five working days with real data access, then written findings, a scoped plan and a fixed quote. Half of what you pay for it is credited against a build started within 30 days.

What is in the Get named by AI search guide?

Seven checks to get named in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers. When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Mode who to hire, the answer names three or four businesses. This is the check we run to find out whether you are one of them, and what to fix when you are not.

What is in the Meta says 500. Shopify says 350 guide?

Find out how far your ad numbers are off, and fix it in an afternoon. Neither number is right. The ad platform over-reports because it is built to claim credit; your backend under-reports because last click hands the whole sale to whoever touched it last. This is how to find your gap in an afternoon.

What is in the Three emails. Most of the money guide?

The three-email sequence that recovers carts, and the tests to run first. An abandoned cart flow that converts under 2 percent is almost never a copy problem. It is timing and offer order. This is the sequence that works, and the checks to run before you rewrite a single word.

What is in the Your store is fast. On your phone guide?

Twelve checks we run on a checkout before touching an ad account. Your phone cached the store and runs on office wifi. The buyer is on a mid-range phone, on 4G, with a chat bubble over the card field. These twelve checks are what we run on a checkout before touching an ad account.

What is in the The lead didn't go cold. Someone else answered guide?

Six fixes so every enquiry reaches a person and can book before it cools. Most businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a gap between the form and the first reply. This is the setup we build so every enquiry reaches a person, gets qualified and can book before it cools.

What is in the Automate the boring thing first guide?

The sort that tells you what to automate first, and what to leave alone. Automation multiplies whatever process you point it at. Point it at a good one and you get leverage; point it at a mess and you get a bigger mess on schedule. This is the sort that tells you where to start.

What is in the Five flows. Selling while you sleep guide?

The five automated emails every business needs, and when each one should send. Most email revenue does not come from campaigns. It comes from a handful of automated flows that fire on what people do. These are the five we build first for every client, in the order we build them.

What is in the Your site looks good. Does it sell? guide?

Seven checks that turn a good-looking website into one that brings in enquiries. Most business websites are built to look right, not to convert. Visitors scan, decide in seconds and leave if the next step is not obvious. These are the checks we run on every site before we touch the design.

POP Playbooks

Who wrote these?

Proof of Pixel, a web and marketing agency that builds websites, tracking and follow-up for businesses that live on enquiries and orders. The playbooks are the methods we use on client work, written down. Every statistic in them names its source.
