What do I get?

A PDF you download right after payment and keep: A4 pages that read well on a laptop, a tablet or printed, with every template written out so you can copy it.

How does the download work?

The thank-you page shows your download straight away, and the same link arrives by email. Links stay valid for 30 days. Lost yours? Enter your email below and fresh links arrive in a minute.

Do I get updates?

Yes. When a playbook gets a new edition, fresh links always give you the newest one. The full library includes every new edition of every document for a year.

Can my business get an invoice?

Yes. Add your company and tax ID at checkout and Stripe issues an invoice with them. Prices include tax where it applies.

Can I return it?

A download starts as soon as you pay, and you ask for that at checkout, so the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to physical goods ends when it starts. If a file does not open or is not what this page describes, email [email protected] and we put it right.
