Build, Signal, Grow and the Diagnostic
Build is one project: your site, store, app or AI tool, with its brand, tracking and follow-up. Signal is two weeks: server-side tracking and the follow-up emails. Grow is every month: we become part of your business, a sparring partner who advises you and keeps working on SEO, follow-up, tests, creative and, if you want them, your ads. The Diagnostic is one week: we come in, analyse your business and tell you what to fix first.
How the price is set
A free 15-minute call, a read-only look at your site, ads, mailing account and numbers, then one fixed price for a Build or Signal. Grow is a monthly fee with a three-month minimum. Nothing is billed by the hour.

Do you only build websites?
No, a website is one part of a Build, and it always comes with its tracking and follow-up, because without them it cannot show what it earns. Much of our work is not a website at all: Signal, Grow and AI systems built for one business.
How does a project start?
A project starts with a 15-minute call, then a read-only look at your data, then one fixed price before anything starts. If you want the plan first, the Diagnostic gives you one week, a plan and a price, and half of what you pay comes off a Build or Signal started within 30 days.
What does it cost?
A Build or Signal is priced once, after we have seen your data, so you never pay for hours. Grow is a monthly fee with a three-month minimum. If the price is more than you want to spend, we make the scope smaller, never the quality.
How long does it take?
Signal takes two weeks; a typical website or store takes four to six weeks, larger builds eight to ten. You get a date for every part before we start, and we keep it.
Do I own everything?
Yes, accounts, data and domains are in your name from day one, and the code is yours in full once the project is paid. Leaving should cost you nothing but the notice period.
