YouTube marketing agency for creators.

We are a YouTube marketing agency for creators: YouTube brings the viewers, and we build what you own next to the channel, a site, a merch store, an email list and tracking that shows which video sold what. We also work with you on the titles and thumbnails that decide whether a video gets watched.

What we build for youtube creators

  • Ecommerce & Websites Your own site and Shopify store on your domain, linked from every video.
  • Merch Merch designed for your channel, made in our own manufacturing and sold on your own store.
  • Marketing An email list from day one, and an email for every new video and every drop.

Own the audience you built on YouTube.

What does a YouTube marketing agency do?

A YouTube marketing agency builds the business around a channel: a site and store on the creator's own domain, merch, an email list, tracking that ties each sale to the video that sent it, and work on titles and thumbnails. The creator keeps making the videos, and uploading, editing and running the channel stay with the creator's team.

Proof of Pixel is a marketing and consulting agency for businesses that live on enquiries and orders, building the website, the tracking and the follow-up as one system, with offices in Dubai, New York, London, Antwerp and Malaysia.

YouTube monetization: what the Partner Program covers

YouTube monetization through the Partner Program pays a share of ad and Premium revenue once a channel qualifies. YouTube's eligibility page in 2026 lists 1,000 subscribers plus either 4,000 valid public watch hours in the last 12 months or 10 million valid public Shorts views in the last 90 days, followed by a review.

The payouts are large in total: YouTube CEO Neal Mohan wrote in his February 2024 letter that YouTube had paid more than $70 billion to creators, artists and media companies over the previous three years. A single channel's share still depends on ad rates, the ad market and the algorithm, and the creator controls none of them.

Merch, email, digital products, memberships and sponsorships are the income a creator controls, and each one depends on reaching fans directly.

Creator merch: what sells as merch for YouTubers

Creator merch sells when the pieces come from the channel itself, the phrases, jokes and visuals viewers recognise, on products people keep wearing, sold on a store the creator owns. Our merch is custom, designed for each channel and made in our own manufacturing, then sold on the creator's Shopify store with a launch email for every drop.

  • Designs drawn from the channel, approved by you before anything is produced
  • Drops, limited runs and preorders on your own Shopify store
  • YouTube Shopping, so products show under your videos once the channel is in the Partner Program
  • Every buyer's email collected for the next drop
  • A link per video, so each order shows which video sold it

Why does a creator need an email list?

An email list is the one channel where a creator reaches every fan who signed up, without the algorithm deciding who sees the message. It carries each new video, each drop and each sponsor offer to people who asked for them, and it stays with the creator if a platform changes its rules.

Few creators have one. On 19 October 2026 we checked 153 English-language channels with 10,000 to 500,000 subscribers: for 132 we found no merch store of their own, and for 124 no email signup.

In the Shopify stores we build email flows for, the pattern is the same: launch and restock emails reach buyers who missed the post, and people who bought once are the first to buy again.

How to show sponsors numbers YouTube Studio does not have

Sponsors pay for reach they can check. YouTube Studio reports views, watch time and audience, and stops at the click. Server-side tracking through Google Tag Manager, with a link per video, records the visits, signups and sales each video sends to your site, which gives a creator numbers to put in a media kit.

The same numbers show which videos to make more of, because a video with fewer views can still send the most buyers to the store.

  1. Give every video and Short its own link to your site.
  2. Send visits, signups and orders to GA4 through server-side tracking in Google Tag Manager.
  3. Count the email signups and store orders each video produced in its first 30 days.
  4. Put list size, clicks per video and store sales in a one-page media kit.
  5. Give each sponsor a tracked link and send them the clicks and sales afterwards.

Titles, thumbnails and growing your YouTube channel

Growing a YouTube channel depends mostly on two numbers: how often people click a video when YouTube shows it, and how long they keep watching. We work with creators on the first one, the titles, thumbnails and descriptions, checked against how recent videos performed and tested with YouTube's Test & Compare.

How to choose a YouTube marketing agency

Choose a YouTube marketing agency on ownership first: the store, the domain, the email list and the customer data should be in your name, with your login, from the start. Then ask how the merch is made, who approves the designs, and how each sale is tied to the video that sent it.

Red flags: a store or list kept in the agency's own account, promised subscriber or view numbers, merch from a stock template with your logo on it, and a request for access to upload to your channel.

Questions YouTube creators ask

Does a YouTuber need a website if they have a Linktree?

Yes, a YouTuber with a Linktree still needs a website, because a Linktree sends fans to other platforms. Your own site keeps them on your domain, collects their email, sells your merch and shows up when someone searches your name. It can still be the one link in your bio.

How many subscribers do I need to sell merch?

There is no fixed number: merch sells when viewers know the channel well enough to wear it. Our merch work is built for creators with 10,000 subscribers or more and no store of their own. Products under your videos through YouTube Shopping need the channel to be in the Partner Program.

Can I move from a print-on-demand platform to my own store?

Yes, you can move from a print-on-demand platform to your own store. We build a Shopify store on your domain and a range made in our own manufacturing, and you close the platform store once the new one is live. From then on every buyer's email lands in your own list.

Which email tool should a YouTuber use?

Klaviyo if the store and merch are the main income, Brevo if the list is mostly for new videos and announcements. Both connect to a Shopify store and your site, and we set the list up in your own account so it stays yours.

How does a project start?

A project starts with a 15-minute call, then a read-only look at your channel and your data, then one fixed price before anything starts. If you want the plan first, that is the Diagnostic: one week, a plan and one fixed price, and half of what you pay comes off a Build or Signal started within 30 days.
