An event invite for an architecture practice: the open studio set in a drawing title block and the evening as a route of four stops.

The brief

Invite the studio list to the open evening and get the replies in before the sixty places go.

What we designed

Open studio is set light over a photo of the Leith shore, closed with the practice's red full stop. The date, time, place and guests sit in an architect's title block, drawing number included.

The route through the evening follows in four numbered stops, from the models to drinks in the courtyard, then a photo of the drawing room and a reply button with the date to answer by.

How it is built

  • The title block is a table of live text, so the date and place read with images off
  • 600 px wide, built in tables with inline styles
  • The brand's fonts, with web safe fallbacks for clients that block them
  • Images at twice their size for sharp screens, alt text on every one
  • Preheader, preferences and unsubscribe in place
