A winback email for a sea sauna on the seafront: the sea at 11 degrees against the cabin at 88, and the next round already on the account.
The brief
Bring back regulars who have not booked for six weeks, in the month the sea is at its coldest.
What we designed
The email opens on the pier at Eastbourne with two numbers set over it: the sea at 07:00 that morning and the cabin, every day. The headline says how long it has been since the last round.
The round the guest took last time follows as three plain numbers, then a photo of the pool by the sea, the free round in a dark panel with one ember button, and the week's sessions in a short table.
How it is built
- The two temperatures are live text on coloured cells, so they read with images off
- 600 px wide, built in tables with inline styles
- The brand's fonts, with web safe fallbacks for clients that block them
- Images at twice their size for sharp screens, alt text on every one
- Preheader, preferences and unsubscribe in place
