Result: Trilingual website for an FSMA-regulated insurance broker, rebuilt without losing a single old URL

Overview

We designed and built the site from scratch in Dutch, English and French. The old texts and figures were carried over and checked sentence by sentence against an archive of the original site. The team runs it themselves in their own content studio, and an AI translation engine turns every new article into English and French each week, keeping every figure exactly as in the Dutch. The site is built to be read by AI engines as well as by Google: an llms.txt, a robots.txt that lets ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI crawlers in, and structured data for the business, every product and every article. Quote requests, claims and questions land in their CRM on separate lists, without ever overwriting a client's details.

The challenge

Life Experts is a Belgian insurance broker, regulated by the FSMA. Its advisers help the self-employed, small businesses, larger employers and other brokers with pensions, protection, savings and employee benefits. The old site held years of articles, product pages and documents that clients and search engines already knew. The brief: a new site in Dutch, English and French that the team keeps up to date themselves, without losing anything the old one had built up.

What changed

Live on lifeexperts.be since 26 September 2026, in three languages. All 147 addresses of the old site still end on a live page, so nothing it had built up in search leads to a dead end. The team publishes without a developer, new articles appear in three languages without a translator, and every enquiry reaches both their inbox and their CRM.
